Danielle graduated from Sonoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration concentrating in accounting.  She has been practicing in public accounting since 1997.  Danielle started her career with Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco where she worked primarily in the audit department.  In 2001, Danielle joined a St. Helena based public accounting firm specializing in the wine industry, where she became a partner in 2009.  She joined the firm of Zainer Rinehart Clarke in 2012 and in 2019 Zainer Rinehart Clarke merged with Pisenti & Brinker LLP, where she is currently a partner.  Danielle works with both audit/assurance and tax clients serving several industries, such as the wine industry, food and beverage, manufacturing, high tech, professional services, construction, cannabis and non-profit.  

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.  She is a native of Sonoma County and an active member in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma County, the Audit Committee for the Sonoma Humane Society as well as participating in various non-profit fundraisers.
