Raylene joined Pisenti & Brinker in 2022 as Director of Human Resources, bringing with her over 20 years of experience as owner of CPA/Wealth Management business and 5+ HR and Benefits Administration. Raylene is a strategic business partner and senior leader with proven expertise in developing and executing Human Resources strategies from the ground up. She has successfully partnered with executive leaders and thrives in building, developing, and energizing teams while establishing high standards in delivery and customer service.

Raylene lives in Santa Rosa with her husband and has two adult children. When not working, she enjoys entertaining family and friends, listening to music, baking, traveling, coaching Cross Country and Track, and spending time outdoors.
