Tax Manager

A life-long resident of Sonoma County, Nate holds degrees from Sonoma State University (BS Business Admin) and Santa Rosa Junior College (AA Business Admin, AA Social & Behavioral Sciences).  As a tax professional, Nate specializes in partnerships, complex equity structures and multi-state and international compliance.

Nate is a member of the AICPA, the Board of Directors of Children’s Museum of Sonoma County, and the Board of Trustees of the Kenwood Elementary School District. He is a former Treasurer of the Kenwood Education Foundation. In his spare time, Nate enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, playing golf, and appreciating the beauty and bounty of this amazing place we call home.
