Tim is a general principal with an emphasis on taxation and is the partner in charge of cost segregation services. He currently serves over 400 clients throughout the western United States and is chairman of Pisenti & Brinker LLP’s Wine Industry Services Group.

Tim owned and operated vineyard property in Windsor, California for 22 years and gained considerable experience in the operations and tax issues associated with this industry. He has successfully represented many winery and vineyard clients in front of the IRS and has taught various tax classes at Sonoma State University.

Tim is a graduate of St. Mary’s College in Moraga. Tim’s areas of emphasis include:
